The annual rocket race is on.  Doting Allison has tampered with Kevin's engines to ensure he wins the race.  Unfortunately, a side effect of the upgrade saturates the local atmosphere with oxygen and any spark will ignite the entire sky killing everone in Eureka.  Only by engaging each rocket's self-destruct will allow them time for the oxygen to dissipate.  But one rocket just won't blow.  And it's coming in hot!
